The site has received a lot of praise for being user friendly, robust, and using algorithms which reward their site’s more engaged members with faster book loans. Each week it posts a list of the top requested borrows from the previous seven days. For Aug. 12th the list had a lot of series (Hunger Games, Slammed, Heroes of Olympus, etc.).
